Synopsis

La Jetee meets Invasion of the Body Snatchers meets American Movie. Connection is a documentary about a man convinced he had contact with aliens in a bar in Grand Rapids, MI sometime in 2014. As he pursues his extraterrestrial acquaintances deeper and deeper, he runs afoul of work, women, and the law. It’s an obsession with him.

One thing’s for certain: something happened that night that sent Ralph Connors upon a vast spiritual quest, one that wound through SXSW, Virginia City, Arkansas, northern Illinois, and rural Senegal. Now it’s up to you to decide: is Ralph Connors a true witness to life beyond earth? Or nothing but a nut-job?
